The key elements of a mold protocol are: (1) Define the scope of damage; (2) Outline Procedures to be used in removing or repair mold damaged materials; (3) Define safety equipment to be utilized to allow for safe removal of damaged materials with minimal impact on occupants and workers; and (4) Define criteria for a successful remediation.
