- Full Standard Home Inspection with Report
- You will receive a standard home inspection which includes a visual survey of the roof, exteriors, electrical, heating, cooling, interiors and appliances and structure (attic, crawlspace, foundation framing). The report includes a generous amount of digital photos. The report is very detailed and is easy to read. It comes with a summary breakdown of the issues which are categorized under action codes so you not only know what the issues are but what to do about them.
- Visual Mold Inspection and Consultation
- Don’t pay for it twice! Why should you pay a separate inspection fee when you can get a mold inspection from Envirovue. We have the experience and certification to be your consultant. Traditionally, mold inspections are excluded from a home inspection because to conduct a mold inspection you must have additional certifications and equipment. Envirovue not only has the additional certifications and equipment we have a decades worth of experience as we bring together home inspection tradition and technology in this comprehensive package. Note: this service does not include optional lab or processing fees.
- Infrared Moisture and Heating Scans
- Infrared cameras can see defects that our natural eyes cannot. Countless water leaks have been found using infrared when traditional methods would have failed. This is an extreme value. Most thermographers charge $150 – $250 per hour for their service and a minimum charge of $500. We include the infrared scan for moisture and heating in the comprehensive home inspection package.
